The staff at the front desk offered amazing support. i appreciated the room service and assistance with handling my bags. mr rashid, a manager, gave very helpful guidance for our two-day trip to delhi and agra. he even arranged a trustworthy taxi driver for us. The staff was very friendly and supportive to my kids.
my only minor issue was that the standard double room i booked felt smaller than i expected. it was sometimes difficult for two people to move around comfortably with our luggage. the limited space was a slight inconvenience, but it did not ruin my overall stay.

I found the included breakfast very satisfying. i particularly enjoyed the indian options, and the staff was always helpful. the laundry service was quick and efficient. My clothes returned clean and on time. the location was very convenient. I could easily walk to connaught place and the railway station.

the location was convenient for getting around the city, i must admit.
The room was much smaller than i expected based on the pictures. It felt quite cramped. the tv in the room also didn't work properly, annoying.
